Dr Elena Limnios

Dr Elena Limnios is an accomplished independent director, governance expert, and strategic advisor with extensive experience across engineering, sustainability, and organisational leadership. She currently serves as Chairperson of Perth NRM, President of the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WA), and Chair of the HACCI National Federation. With over 20 years of experience spanning infrastructure, resources, education, and property sectors, Elena specialises in strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement. A licensed Civil Engineer and former academic at the University of Western Australia, she holds a PhD in Organisational Resilience and is a sought-after speaker on governance, sustainability, and leadership.

Ms Danielle Davison

B.Eng. (Civil & Construction), GAICD

Ms Danielle Davison is an accomplished infrastructure, property, and finance professional with over 20 years of experience across Australia and the United Kingdom. She brings deep expertise in governance, strategic risk management, and financial analysis across complex development and infrastructure projects.

She is currently a Non-Executive Director at Landgate, Gold Estates, Australian Transit Group, and Curtin Heritage Living, as well as Director of Davison Advisory Services. Danielle has held senior leadership and advisory roles in both private and public sectors, delivering major projects including the Port Coogee Marina and the Whitby Master Planned Community. She has also served on industry committees with the Property Council of Australia and the Green Building Council of Australia, contributing to policy and best practice in sustainable development and
construction.

Ben Horner

“Ben Horner is a Director of Prompt Engineering as well as of several other companies. Ben has more than twenty years experience in the construction industry with much of that creating application software for the building and engineering industries. Ben’s knowledge of Australian building systems is excellent and he has worked directly on projects with many very large and successful Australian construction and manufacturing companies.

After graduating Ben spent almost a decade as a software engineer writing complex engineering and construction software before founding a successful software development company in 2006, servicing the construction and insurance industries.

In 2008 Ben co-founded Prompt Engineering and focussed on creating faster engineering processes using technology, resulting in a change to the industry’s expectations and results. Ben’s vision and leadership have helped create constant growth for Prompt.

Ben’s business acumen is backed up well by his education and history. After growing up on a farm and having an early love of computing, Ben backed these passions up with his education. Ben is qualified with degrees in Agricultural Science, Mathematics and Computer Science.”

He brings to the Prompt board a mix of skills and experience including engineering, consulting, and corporate governance. He also sits on the board of a large construction and investment company based in Perth WA.
