Project Description

This 101 Residential display home showcases a combination of innovative and traditional construction techniques for the two storey residential market in Western Australia. The upper floor is constructed offsite with the timber trusses, floor, walls and roof, while the ground floor is constructed at the same time onsite with traditional double brick methods. The upper floor is then delivered onsite and craned into position which provides huge time saving in construction.
