Multi-million dollar architecturally designed luxury home on a challenging block with limitation to site access.

Constructed from traditional double brick walls with concrete suspended slab, the large 7 meter flat slab design allowed the owner to have an unobstructed view of the river.

The roof is constructed with steel beams and steel purlins to satisfy the height restriction from council.
