Project Description

This 1970s factory complete transformation to a modern stylish office required innovative design to deal with challenging structural elements of the building. The unique aluminum screening surrounding the side of the building required the design of a two story framework for support and structural integrity. The additional support to the existing suspended slab was included in the structural design to allow for the open plan space below which was an integral part of the overall architectural design of the building.
