Structure Engineer
As a Structural Engineer at Prompt Engineering, you will be at the forefront of designing and analyzing a wide variety of structures, including residential, commercial, and modular buildings. Key Responsibilities:
Structural Design and Analysis:
- Develop and evaluate designs for various structures to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Use advanced software to create detailed structural models and simulations.
Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and other team members to integrate structural elements into overall project designs.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to verify the quality and safety of structures.
Innovation and Sustainability:
- Incorporate innovative and sustainable practices into structural designs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored engineering solutions.
- Present designs and reports to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Chartered Engineer status.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000).
- Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
